ORDER PROCESSING
We process and prepare your orders efficiently to get your shapewear to your doorstep as fast as possible.
- Processing Window: Please allow 2–3 business days for our fulfillment center to verify, pack, and ship your order.
- Fulfillment Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or regional holidays will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING ZONES & ARRIVAL TIMELINES
We offer tracked, secure distribution across three tiers of global shipping routes:
- Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days via local courier networks.
- Regional Shipping: 5–10 business days via regional express freight.
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days via global postal and express networks, depending closely on your destination country's customs handling times.
Please note: Delivery windows are estimates and start from the day your package leaves our distribution facility, not the day the order is placed.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
- International Customs Fees: All orders shipped outside our primary distribution center may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, and value-added taxes (VAT) set by your country's government. These fees are not included in your Selecfit checkout total or shipping cost.
- Paying Your Local Customs: Any applicable import fees must be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping carrier upon arrival to release the package.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import taxes, the shipping carrier will abandon or destroy the package. Because we cannot recover these items, we cannot issue refunds or store credits for packages refused at customs.
